WDGPS is a freeware GPS application and multi-format converter. It supports: NMEA, PCX5, Mif/Mid, DXF, DWG, IGC, DFCI squaring, QRA Locator, Geolocalization, Geoconcept, and more. It runs under Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP 32 bits.
WDGPS has an optional module called 'Module INSEE', simply composed of a database containing: the INSEE data (36000 Commune of France and overseas departments), key data of cities of the world, and data from world airports.
